The core device of middle ozone generators for drinking water disinfection uses the patented technology---- connectable type non-glass dielectric tube (Patent No.: ZL 01 2 68920.3). The patented enamel dielectric tube has advantages of large ozone production and high ozone concentration. Ozone power supply adopts special independent power supply technology for more reasonable matching and better adaptability. The equipment uses standard feed gas source and cooling way guarantee. The stability, technical indicators and application results of the equipment are better than those of domestic similar products. The life time of equipment is more than ten years.

4.Ozone capacity could be regulated with range of 10%-100%; high ozone concentration, large ozone capacity, more stable performance and longer life time;
5.Equipment has operation monitoring functions to current, voltage, temperature, flow rate, gas pressure and operation status and protection functions;
6. Control method includes manual control and automatic control for option.

There are two kinds of sterilization process for ozone water treatment:
1. Mixed mode with a positive pressure aeration process, which doses ozone gas with certain pressure into water by microporous aeration device, ozone gas produced a lot of bubbles through the microporous aeration device, bubble will be fully mixed with water during the rising process.
2. Second process adopts the mixing method of negative pressure for ozone dosing, that is the method of venturi tube or gas-liquid mixing pump. Ozone gas will be fully mixed with the treated water.
