This series of ozone generator uses the unique patent technology and adopts the integrated design, easy to install and operate. The core device of this series of ozone generator adopts patent technology -- connectable DTA non-glass discharge body, with high ozone capacity and high concentration. Ozone is a very strong broad-spectrum fungicide. It kills bacteria, viruses, spores and eggs in water quickly, usually within a few seconds. Ozone kills bacteria in water 600 to 3000 times faster than chlorine. It is particularly important to kill the chlorine-strong spores and F phages quickly, which can effectively prevent the spread of infectious diseases, especially the virus inactivation ability is very strong.

Ozone is an internationally recognized environmental protection type of green fungicide, will not cause any secondary pollution to the environment. Sterilization with ozone in swimming pool water treatment can fundamentally avoid the production of nasty carcinogenic halogenated organic compounds such as chloroform (THMS). Ozone disinfection eliminates the formation of chloramines, thus avoiding the harmful effects of swimming pool water. It is these chloramine compounds that can irritate the skin, eyes, and respiratory tracts of swimmers and athletes. That's why you get red eyes and rashes when you swim, which also bleach your hair.

Disinfection Process

 

According to the technical rules for swimming pool disinfection, pool disinfection process is divided into full process mode and half process mode, both of them can be chosen according to the actual design requirements of disinfection. Generally speaking, ozone will be dosed into water by negative pressure way and then mixed with water by special mixer to reach the disinfection requirements by final reaction tank and ancillary facilities. (i.e., CT ≥ 1.6).


The main design parameters of the swimming pool ozone disinfection system: CT Value
C represents ozone concentration, measured in mg/ L;
T represents contact time, measured in Min;
C×T Value represents the effectiveness of the disinfection process.
In design, we generally use CT =1.6.
C generally used 0.8-1.5mg/ L;
T generally used 1-2min;
Some areas use a low CT Value of 0.8, ozone concentration of 0.2-0.25mg/ L, and contact time of 3.5-4.0min.At this point, the amount of chlorine added as an auxiliary disinfection can be re-duced by 65%.When chlorine is used as the main disinfectant and ozone is used as the fine dis-infectant, the Ct Value can be less than 0.8, the ozone concentration is less than 0.5mg/ L, and the contact time is less than 1.0min.

Cooling Mode

Corona Discharge Technology
The ozone generator adopts the advanced dielectric barrier double gap discharge technology. The high voltage electric field between the two annular gaps is discharged on both sides to convert the passing oxygen into ozone, so the ozone generation efficiency is high.
