Product Overview

The printing and dyeing industry consumes a large quantity of water. As a medium, water exists in the whole progress.
Characteristics of waste water are as follows:
1Large water flow rate
2High concentration. Most of waste water is alkalic with high COD value and chromaticity.
3Large fluctuations in water quality. With the changes of textile types and management levels, the production process and dyes in printing and dyeing factory are different. For each plant, the products are constantly changing, therefore, the change and fluctuation of wastewater pollutant composition concentration are very frequent.
4Main pollutant is organics. Most of the contaminants are natural or synthetic organic in the waste water except acid and alkali.
5Treatment is difficult. Because of the changes of dye variety and large quantity of chemical grout use, waste water contains hard-biodegradable organics with poor biodegradability. Printing and dyeing wastewater is one kind of industrial waste water which is difficult to be treated.
6Part of waste water contain toxic and hazardous substances. For example, the printing engraving waste water contains the hexavalent chromium, and some dyes (such as aniline dyes) have strong toxicity.

1To increase the biodegradability: dosing ozone at pre-treatment stage.
2To reduce the chroma: dosing ozone at after-treatment stage.
3To reduce COD: back ozone treatment + active carbon.

 

For printing and dyeing waste water, using optimization process of physico-chemical, hydrolytic acidification, aerobic, ozone depth treatment, the discharge water can reach the reuse standard.
