Application:
At the same time of purifying water, ozone also can reduce the number of bacteria in animal intestinal tract. Ozone can reduce the young bacteria nutrition consumption and enhance the activity of diastasum diastace secreted by beneficial bacteria. It improves the utilization efficiency of nutrition in animal food in order to promote the healthy growth of animal.
Ozone can purify the water quality without secondary pollution by oxidation and flocculation. The oxide produced in the
disinfection process is non-toxic and tasteless and can degrade rapidly.
At present, ozone technology has been widely used for aquaculture in many countries of Europe, United States and Japan. Chloride and other chemical disinfectants have been prohibited for breeding and the products contain high chlorine are also not allowed to enter the market. In the domestic breeding companies, ozone has been used for aquaculture of fish, shrimp, crab, sea cucumber and other high-end aquaculture.
Disinfection of water using ozone is advantageous compared to more traditional methods, such as chlorine or UV disinfection.
Firstly, ozone is more effective at deactivating viruses and bacteria than any other disinfection treatment, while at the same time requiring very little contact time, thus reducing the overall treatment residence time while simultaneously leaving no chemical residues.
Due to the high oxidation potential, ozone will effectively degrade microbes and virus, causing cell membrane rupture and
decomposition of essential biomolecular components in for example bacteria. As can be seen in the image below ozone can be used to oxidize hydrocarbons of cellular lipid bi-layers to kill contaminant microbes.
The core device of this series of ozone generators uses the patented technology---- connectable type non-glass dielectric tube (Patent No.: ZL 01 2 68920.3). The patented enamel dielectric tube has advantages of large ozone production and high ozone concentration. Ozone power supply adopts special independent power supply technology for more reasonable matching and better adaptability. The equipment uses standard feed gas source and cooling way guarantee. The stability, technical indicators and application results of the equipment are better than those of domestic similar products. The life time of equipment is more than ten years.
