Product Description
Ozone is a very strong broad-spectrum fungicide. It kills bacteria, viruses, spores and eggs in water quickly, usually within a few seconds. Ozone kills bacteria in water 600 to 3000 times faster than chlorine. It is particularly important to kill the chlorine-strong spores and F phages quickly, which can effectively prevent the spread of infectious diseases, especially the virus inactivation ability is very strong.
The core device of this series of ozone generators uses the patented technology---connectable type DTA non-glass dielectric tube . The patented enamel dielectric tube has advantages of large ozone production and high ozone concentration. Ozone power supply adopts special independent power supply technology for more reasonable matching and better adaptability. The equipment uses standard feed gas source and cooling way guarantee. The stability, technical indicators and application results of the equipment are better than those of domestic similar products. The life time of equipment is more than ten years.

Product Characteristics
1.External electrode tube is made of 316L stainless steel; imported medium coating material is used for dielectric tube.
2.Water cooling mode makes performance of ozone generator is more stable than air cooled equipment performance and operation time is longer.
3.The configuration of equipment with built-in pump, cooling water device and feed gas treatment device is more perfect.
4.Equipment has operation monitoring functions to current, voltage and temperature and protection functions.
5.Adjustable ozone capacity; large ozone capacity, high ozone concentration and long service life time.
6.Control method includes manual control and automatic control for option.
Water cooling mode. Multi-stage cooling structure design ensures the cooling efficiency to be incre-ased by 20%. Equipment can be running continuously for 24hrs.
The ozone generator adopts the advanced dielectric barrier double gap discharge technology. The high voltage electric field between the two annular gaps is discharged on both sides to convert the passing oxygen into ozone, so the ozone generation efficiency is high.
External electrode is made of 316L stainless steel; imported medium coating material is used for ceramic dielectric tube and borosilicate glass is used as glass dielectric tube; Ozone generation tank: 316L stainless steel body.
The discharge tube is the basis for the design of ozone generator. The surface finish and uniformity of the dielectric layer have a great influence on the discharge efficiency and stability.
