aquaculture ozone generator-------As oxidant, disinfectant, cleaning agent and catalyst, ozone has been widely used in municipal water treatment, flue gas treatment, fine chemical oxidation, food and beverage industry, swimming pool disinfection, space disinfection, preservation, paper-making industry, packaging film, aquaculture industry and semiconductor cleaning, etc.
Ozone could remove toxic substances in the water, such as metal ions, organic toxicant, cyanide, sulfide and a variety of pesticides so that it can reduce the organic carcinogen in the water, such as halohydrocarbons, thus solving the problem of quality of drinking water. Ozone also can be used for fresh-keeping. It can effectively inhibit the respiration of fruit trees, slow down the metabolic process and inhibit the growth and spread of pathogenic bacteria, thereby play a important role in fresh-keeping and storage.

With the rapid development of aquaculture in China, a variety of advanced water treatment technology has been widely used for different applications, such as sand filtration, microbial purification, ultraviolet disinfection, foam separation, etc. However, with the popularization of the industrialized closed recirculating aquaculture equipment in practical production, the production conditions of high density and small water body have more stringent requirements to water quality. Therefore, the application of ozone treatment technology with high efficiency has emerged as the times require.
1 The nitrite, hydrogen sulfide and ammonium cyanide which exist in freshwater or seawater are harmful to fish, but these materials can be oxidized into non-toxic NO, SO, N and other organics, meanwhile inorganic compounds can be degraded into non-toxic substances, thereby reducing the water biological oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) in water.
2 Ozone can effectively and rapidly kill original living plants, such as algae. Ozone has good effect for prevention and control of water deterioration caused by pathogenic bacteria, red tide oxidation, noctiluca and other harm.
3 Because ozone in water is easily decomposed into oxygen, so it not only can play the role of disinfection, but also can increase oxygen for water.
4 In the process of purifying the water, ozone does not change the original composition in water, and can keep beneficial mineral substance in water for aquatic animals.
5 At the same time of purifying water, ozone also can reduce the number of bacteria in animal intestinal tract. Ozone can reduce the young bacteria nutrition consumption and enhance the activity of diastasum diastace secreted by beneficial bacteria. It improves the utilization efficiency of nutrition in animal food in order to promote the healthy growth of animal.
6 Ozone can purify the water quality without secondary pollution by oxidation and flocculation. The oxide produced in the disinfection process is non-toxic and tasteless and can degrade rapidly.
At present, ozone technology has been widely used for aquaculture in many countries of Europe, United States and Japan. Chloride and other chemical disinfectants have been prohibited for breeding and the products contain high chlorine are also not allowed to enter the market.
