Products Characteristics

The most important part of the ozone generator is the ozone discharge tube. Guolin company adopts the international advanced proprietary ozone discharge tube. The equipment body is made of high-quality ozone resistant stainless steel material, which improves the long-term operation reliability of the system. The number of discharge tubes has a margin of 10% in the design, which can offset the efficiency reduction caused by unforeseen discharge tube pollution. The large ozone generator is installed horizontally, which can be directly placed on the ground, or installed on the foundation,
or fixed on the shelf; the horizontal installation can be easily inspected and maintained. Part of the energy that cannot produce ozone is converted into heat energy for release, which must be taken away by the cooling water in the ozone generation tank. Pipes, valves, instruments and cables for ozone generator have been installed before delivery, and all technical performance of ozone generator has been tested in the factory. The ozone generator is designed for 24hrs continuously working, and the operation cycle of the main equipment is not less than 3 years.

 

Technical Data

The core device of this series of ozone generators uses the patented technology---- connectable type non-glass dielectric tube (Patent No.: ZL 01 2 68920.3). The patented enamel dielectric tube has advantages of large ozone production and high ozone concentration. Ozone power supply adopts special independent power supply technology for more reasonable matching and better adaptability. The stability, technical indicators and application results of the equipment are better than those of domestic similar products, it's life time is also much longer than other domestic products.
