Introduction for Ozone Application and Function
Ozone, an allotrope of oxygen, is an unstable gas with fishy smell. The standard electrode potential of ozone is higher than
oxygen, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, potassium permanganate and other oxidant, so its oxidizability is the strongest among common oxidant.
Ozone is a broad-spectrum, high efficient and fast bactericide, which can quickly kill a variety of bacteria, viruses and
microorganisms. Excess ozone can be decomposed into oxygen without secondary pollution and harm to human body.
As oxidant, disinfectant, cleaning agent and catalyst, ozone has been widely used in municipal water treatment, flue gas
treatment, fine chemical oxidation, food and beverage industry, swimming pool disinfection, space disinfection, preservation,paper-making industry, packaging film, aquaculture industry and semiconductor cleaning, etc.
Ozone could remove toxic substances in the water, such as metal ions, organic toxicant, cyanide, sulfide and a variety of
pesticides so that it can reduce the organic carcinogen in the water, such as halohydrocarbons, thus solving the problem of quality of drinking water. Ozone also can be used for fresh-keeping. It can effectively inhibit the respiration of fruit trees,
slow down the metabolic process and inhibit the growth and spread of pathogenic bacteria, thereby play a important role in fresh-keeping and storage.

The core device of this series of ozone generators uses the patented technology---- connectable type non-glass dielectric tube (Patent No.: ZL 01 2 68920.3). The patented enamel dielectric tube has advantages of large ozone production and high ozone concentration. Ozone power supply adopts special independent power supply technology for more reasonable matching and better adaptability. The equipment uses standard feed gas source and cooling way guarantee. The stability, technical indicators and application results of the equipment are better than those of domestic similar products. The life time of equipment is more than ten years.
Product Characteristics
1. Water cooling mode. Multi-stage cooling structure design ensures the cooling efficiency to be increased by 20%. Equipment can be running continuously for 24hrs;
2. Patented enamel dielectric tube with features of high strength, good pressure resistance and good heat resistance; easier to be maintained;
3. Electrode tube is made of 316L stainless steel; imported medium coating material is used for dielectric tube;
4. Ozone capacity could be regulated with range of 10%-100%; high ozone concentration, large ozone capacity, more stable performance and longer life time;
5. Equipment has operation monitoring functions to current, voltage, temperature, flow rate, gas pressure and operation status and protection functions;
6. Control method includes manual control and automatic control for option.
