Swimming Pool Ozone Generator

This series of ozone generators uses a unique patented technology of negative pressure. Ozone generator is composed of ozone generation unit and heat regeneration feed gas source device. With integrated design, this series of ozone generators installation and operation will be much easier.

The core device of this series of ozone generators uses the patented technology--- connectable type non-glass dielectric tube (Patent No.: ZL 01 2 68920.3). The patented enamel dielectric tube has advantages of large ozone production and high ozone concentration. Ozone power supply adopts special independent power supply technology for more reasonable matching and better adaptability.

This series of ozone generators adopts the technology of heat regeneration air source treatment, it is more reliable than the other air source treatment mode. The equipment is more suitable for the special moist environment of the swimming pool with high stability and longer life time.

1. Negative pressure discharge technology is specially used for swimming pool water treatment; high targeted and high
adaptability;
2. The heat regeneration feed gas treatment way creates high drying efficiency and good feed gas quality, which is more suitable for the humid and corrosive environment of swimming pool;
3. Patented enamel dielectric tube with features of high strength, good pressure resistance and good heat resistance; easier to be maintained;
4. Electrode tube is made of 316L stainless steel; imported medium coating material is used for dielectric tube;
5. Ozone capacity could be regulated with range of 10%-100%; high ozone concentration, large ozone capacity, more stable performance and longer life time;
6. Equipment has operation monitoring functions to current, voltage, temperature, flow rate, gas pressure and operation status and protection functions;
7. Control method includes manual control and automatic control for option.
